In order to meet the diverse and growing requirements, the machine park is constantly being expanded with machines that correspond to the latest state of the art. Our current investment is a state-of-the-art Pentek WANNY washing machine.<\/p>

After reactive printing, washing is important\u2014it determines color brilliance, feel, and wash resistance. With Pentek WANNY, we achieve precise and uniform removal of unfixed dyes without damaging the fabric.<\/p>

The continuous rope system ensures intensive flow and complete rinsing of each fabric panel. The fabric remains tension-free, colors retain their depth, and edges remain clearly defined.<\/p>

Cause of the counterflow washing technology and reduced consumption of water and chemicals, we achieve consistent quality with shorter process times.<\/p>

In addition to three digital printing machines, the machinery also offers the option of traditional rotary printing using pigment or reactive inks.<\/p>

We print woven and knitted fabrics made of cotton, modal, viscose, silk, linen, ramie, and their various blends. Another area of our expertise lies in printing and finishing highly elastic jersey fabrics.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Unsere Produktion schlie\u00dft alle bedenklichen chemischen Verfahren aus. Wir sind sowohl nach OEKO-TEX\u00ae Standard 100, als auch nach GOTS zertifiziert. Seit Januar 2024 haben wir die OEKO-TEX\u00ae STeP Zertifizierung erhalten, um mit unseren wichtigsten Partnern f\u00fcr die komplette Lieferkette eine nachhaltige Arbeitsweise zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Der OEKO-TEX\u00ae Standard 100 ist ein Pr\u00fcf- und Zertifizierungssystem f\u00fcr Textilien. Es zeigt dem K\u00e4ufer, dass die mit diesem Etikett versehenen Textilprodukte Grenzwerte f\u00fcr bestimmte gesundheitsgef\u00e4hrdende Schadstoffe einhalten.<\/p>\n

\u2022 GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) ist ein Qualit\u00e4tssiegel f\u00fcr hochwertige, konsequent \u00f6kologische und sozialvertr\u00e4gliche Textilien. Es gilt als der f\u00fchrende Standard f\u00fcr Textilien aus Bio-Fasern weltweit. Es definiert hohe \u00f6kologische Kriterien entlang der gesamten Lieferkette von Bio-Textilien und verlangt zudem die Einhaltung sozialer Kriterien.<\/p>\n
