Technology meets textile artistry – in every fiber, in every detail.

In order to meet the diverse and growing requirements, the machine park is constantly being expanded with machines that correspond to the latest state of the art. Our current investment is a state-of-the-art Pentek WANNY washing machine.

After reactive printing, washing is important—it determines color brilliance, feel, and wash resistance. With Pentek WANNY, we achieve precise and uniform removal of unfixed dyes without damaging the fabric.

The continuous rope system ensures intensive flow and complete rinsing of each fabric panel. The fabric remains tension-free, colors retain their depth, and edges remain clearly defined.

Cause of the counterflow washing technology and reduced consumption of water and chemicals, we achieve consistent quality with shorter process times.

In addition to three digital printing machines, the machinery also offers the option of traditional rotary printing using pigment or reactive inks.

We print woven and knitted fabrics made of cotton, modal, viscose, silk, linen, ramie, and their various blends. Another area of our expertise lies in printing and finishing highly elastic jersey fabrics.

Embedded in the beautiful Tyrolean landscape, we feel committed to protecting and preserving nature and its resources. For this reason, our production is focused on sustainability.

• Use of 100% renewable electricity from our own photovoltaic system and CO₂-free domestic hydropower

• Reuse of process water through water circulation systems

• Pre-treatment of wastewater on our own premises before discharge into the public wastewater treatment plant

• Reprocessing of residual printing colors

• Reduction of processing liquor through low-liquor application systems

• Exclusive use of dyes and chemicals certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 / GOTS

• Focus on digital printing technology, which is significantly more environmentally friendly in terms of water consumption, energy use and residual printing colors

• Regular monitoring of emissions in close cooperation with the environmental authorities

CERTIFICATION

Our production excludes all potentially harmful chemical processes. We are certified according to both OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and GOTS. Since January 2024, we have also been OEKO-TEX® STeP certified in order to ensure sustainable practices throughout the entire supply chain together with our most important partners.

• OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 is a testing and certification system for textiles. It demonstrates to customers that textile products carrying this label comply with defined limits for certain substances that may be harmful to health.

• GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is a quality standard for high-quality textiles produced according to strict ecological and socially responsible criteria. It is considered the leading global standard for textiles made from organic fibers. It defines high environmental criteria throughout the entire supply chain of organic textiles and also requires compliance with social criteria.

• OEKO-TEX® STeP (“Sustainable Textile and Leather Production”) is an independent certification system for production facilities throughout the textile supply chain that aim to ensure and transparently communicate environmentally friendly manufacturing processes and socially responsible working conditions.
